Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from the Euro Zone or other currency, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Please note we only deliver within the UK.

We accept Visa and Mastercard and debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over our secure internet connection.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

Mainland UK shipping is FREE for most areas.
Offshore UK customers or other remote (eg. Scottish Highlands) will be give an option of Courier or postal delivery.
All options and costs are built into the order page at the Checkout.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally send your order to you within 5 business days .

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Warranty

See the individual manufacturers guarantees but all products carry a statutory warranty covering faulty components and workmanship for a period of 12 months.

Returns

Faulty or defective items: If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Change of heart: Goods returned to us because of a change of heart must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc), otherwise we will not be able to refund you. You are responsible for the return carriage charge. Written notification of your intention to return the item(s) must be received by us within 7 days of receipt of the item by you.

Items lost in transit: We cannot be held responsible for packages being returned by you that are lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we recommend sending the package by Recorded/Special Delivery.

Refunds, replacement and exchanges: A refund, replacement or exchange will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item(s) by Aircare. A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase. Please note that item(s) that are returned to us that are not due to our error will have the return shipping costs deducted from the refund.

Please note, in all instances Aircare shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
