Defensor PH5 Product

Most of us are aware that the air in our towns and cities is heavily polluted. However, the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) in our own homes can be up to ten times more polluted, no matter where you live!

Innocuous items such as building materials and paints release Volatile Organic Chemicals (VOC's), gas appliances generate harmful gasses such as nitrogen oxides and then of course there's tobacco smoke, pet dander, dust and dust mite droppings, to name but a few of the culprits responsible for polluting the air in our homes.

Small wonder then that respiratory complaints and allergies have never been more common. One of the simplest and most effective ways of re-taking control of the air you breathe is to change the air in your living area two to four times per hour.

The PH5 will do that for you. Here's how:

1. Contaminated dry air is drawn into the appliance by a quiet high speed fan.

2. The Quattro filter, consisting of coarse dust filter, activated carbon filter and fine dust filter, eliminates the tiniest particles and neutralises harmful gasses and unpleasant odours.

3. Clean water flows into the basin from the fresh-water system.

4. The centrefuge with aerosol separator lifts the water and hurls it into the air scrubbing chamber in extremely fine droplets.

5. The air is humidified in the scrubbing chamber by an activated carbon evaporator mat.

6. The ultraquiet centrefugal fan, with three capacity levels ensures air circulation rates are matched to the room size.

7. Clean humidified air is uniformly distributed in the room.

8. The PH5P plus, with negative ion generator, for improved air cleaning capacity.
