Defensor PH14 Product

Air-humidity and purity are two climatic factors that have a direct and important bearing on human well-being and productivity, hygiene, production processes, the quality of organic materials and the value of many types of sensitive objects and commodities.

The PH14 and PH26 are designed to take care of these commercial issues. These are the big boys of air purification and humidification. Used mainly in environments such as Museums, Libraries, Antique Dealers, Offices, Galleries, Music Shops, Hotels and areas where the relative humidity is vital both to human efficiency and the well being of valuable artefacts, machinery and furniture.

These state of the art units have built in humidity monitors, user friendly programming including a timer, three power settings and a build in water tank which can be manually filled or linked to the mains in the automatic models.

Both units operate on the same principals. Here's a look at the technical internals of the PH14...

1. The ultra quiet centrefugal fan with three output levels ensures the air circulation rates match the size of the room.

2. Clean water flows into the basin from the fresh-water tanks.

3. The centrefuge lifts the water and hurls it into the air scrubbing chamber in the form of extremely fine droplets.

4. The air is humidified in the scrubbing chamber by an activated carbon evaporator mat.

5. The Quattro filter, consisting of coarse dust filter, activated carbon filter and fine dust filter, eliminates the tiniest particles and neutralises harmful gasses and unpleasant odours.

6. The PH14 Plus, with negative ion generator, for improved air cleaning capacity.
