Air-O-Swiss 2051 Evaporative Humidifier
The appliance works on the self-regulating evaporation principle, and so it needs no additional control systems. It is also very econimical to run as unlike steam humidifiers, the water doesn't need to be boiled - it simply evaporates. This type of unit is ideal for protecting your musical instruments from becoming out of tune as it maintains a constant atmospheric humidity level without rapid fluctuations. The default setting is 50%rh but you can change this to fit your requirements. Two water tanks on either side of the unit are detachable and can be easily filled up directly from the tap in even the smallest sinks due to their clever design. If desired, the fragrance capsule can be filled with essential oils to add a pleasant fragrance to the air.
