8,500Btu Portable Air Conditioner
 At £245.00 ex-VAT, this great value portable air conditioner has an 8,500btu (2.5kW) output making it suitable for areas up to 15m2.
Thermostatic control allows the unit to be set to maintain a certain temperature and activate or deactivate itself accordingly when this temperature is reached.
Two cooling speeds and two fan speeds will adjust the output of the air conditioner for quieter or maximum operation.
An eight hour timer can be set to automatically turn the unit off in up to eight hours time so that, should you fall asleep, the air conditioner will shut itself down.
As with other portable air conditioners, in order to operate the unit an extraction hose needs to be fed out through a slightly opened door or window. If you are in a large office and not near a window then it is possible to vent the extraction hose above a supsended ceiling.
During the cooling process this air conditioner will also dehumidify, storing water that condenses inside the unit in a water tank. This tank is easy-to-remove and will pause operation of the unit when full and display a light on the control panel.
The louvres can be manually adjusted to give air movement exactly where you need it.
